Alicia Hernández Lara
Project Assistance
Alicia is a working student in the area of project and event management, supporting various projects within the Bosch Alumni Network.
Before joining the iac Berlin, Alicia completed a Bachelor’s degree of Business and Languages with a focus on Spanish. This academic background, combined with experience as a working student for several social and non-profit organizations such as ChangemakerXchange and IN-VISIBLE, has fostered a strong understanding of the need for robust networks and community engagement to effectively address critical global issues.
Currently, Alicia is pursuing an MA in Non-profit Management and Public Governance, deepening her understanding of effective management within the non-profit sector. This educational pursuit aligns closely with her current role, providing a theoretical and practical foundation for her work in project and event management.
Alicia is particularly passionate about the environment and sustainability as well as gender equity. These interests drive her work and studies, as she seeks to contribute to meaningful change in these areas.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking, watching good movies, exploring second-hand shops, and laughing with friends. She also likes to be active whether it is through yoga, swimming, hiking, or other types of sport.
