Junior Coordinator

Nataliia joined the iac Berlin as Junior Coordinator for Foundations for Ukraine, where she supports the network's development and incubation. With her passion for supporting Ukraine's recovery, she is eager to explore opportunities for fostering meaningful collaboration among philanthropic actors.

Building on her educational background in sociology and art management, Nataliia spent two years at the Berlin-based organization zusa before joining iac Berlin. There, she worked as a coordinator of the Ukrainian-German project Culture Helps focusing on the support of the Ukrainian cultural sector locally and in exile. Prior to that, she was based in Kyiv and worked for about 7 years at the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, focusing on gender equality, youth education and empowerment, wellbeing, and mental health.

Nataliia is engaged with Ukraine’s contemporary cultural scene, focusing on electronic music and dance in times of revolution and war.
