Aleksandra Mierzejewska

Project Assistant

Ola joined the Alliances & Partnerships team in October 2026, where she supports the team across its partnerships, projects and events.

Originally from Poland, she has called Berlin home for almost ten years. Her background spans People & Culture, Project Management and Climate Advocacy. She is currently studying Public Policy at the Hertie School, with a particular interest in Climate Migration. Throughout her work, she has been drawn to grassroots initiatives and to bringing people together to build the connections and spaces where communities can grow.

Outside of work, she can often be found wandering through one of Berlin’s bookshops with her headphones on, listening to music from faraway places, or at home with her black cat.
