Anca bridges philanthropy and civil society through strategy development, impact evaluation, and analysis. In the Bosch Alumni Network, Anca drives program innovation, fosters engagement and amplifies impact.
As an analyst and philanthropy professional specializing in democratic resilience and civic space, she has focused in recent years on supporting democratic innovation and the development of civil society, particularly in the areas of organizational change and digitalization/AI.
She has previously held positions at the Open Society Foundations, the German Marshall Fund, the Hertie School of Governance, and the European Commission. She has a background in political science and public policy and has studied in Berlin, Bucharest, and Frankfurt (Oder).
