Augusta holds a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College, Columbia University and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Conflict Management from Alice Solomon Hochschule.

Outside of work, Augusta is kept busy trying to keep up with her kids. She enjoys exploring the forests and lakes outside of Berlin with her family and discovering new literature with her book club.
