Field Catalyst on Resilience
Eve senses, tests and adapts formats to strengthen the resilience of individuals and organizations as well as ecosystems. She joined iac Berlin in 2026 through a secondment from the Robert Bosch Stiftung’s Global Issues department. In this role, Eve explores how to best provide support to individuals and civil society organizations to strengthen their ability to cope with changes and shifts, deal with complexity, adapt to new situations, and shape a just, sustainable, and peaceful future. Her work cuts across all teams at iac Berlin.
Eve holds a bachelor's degree in International Culture and Business Study from Passau University and a master’s degree in Human Geography from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. She spent her early career in Bangkok at the Chamber of Commerce working on vocational education. In 2018, she joined the Robert Bosch Stiftung. For the past 5 years, she worked on the foundation’s Inequality program, supporting actors on climate, racial, and disability justice, as well as more equitable practices in philanthropy.
Eve enjoys exploring Berlin’s food scene and creating her own culinary delights for her family and friends.
