Isma Rauf Rafiq

Junior Coordinator

Isma joined the Networks in Philanthropy team at iac Berlin motivated by the desire to explore the intricate nature of relational approaches and their synergies with philanthropic endeavors. To this end, Isma supports the design and implementation of peer-learning formats and network building pilots.

Prior to joining iac Berlin, Isma contributed to strengthening civil society through network engagement, project implementation, and fostering strategic partnerships at Freemuse in Copenhagen.

Isma holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy and a Bachelor's degree in Arab and Islamic Studies.

In her free time, you’ll often find Isma at Dussmann in Berlin, combing through books in search of quirky novels while sipping on an iced latte. She also enjoys exploring Berlin’s dynamic comedy scene, finding it to be the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a good laugh.
