Lisa Richter

Coordinator

Lisa develops and coordinates exchange formats and network activities within the Bosch Alumni Network and advises organizations on community building, member engagement, and collaborative network formats.

Lisa Richter has been part of the iac Berlin since its early days and has played an active role in shaping and developing the Bosch Alumni Network. She started by coordinating the network’s Media Cluster and the regional Germany Cluster for Social Cohesion and is now co-developing the network’s overall strategy, with a particular focus on program and format development.

In addition to her program management work with the Bosch Alumni Network, Lisa advises networks and organizations on community and network building, member engagement, and the development of exchange formats tailored to different target groups — both internationally and locally. Her work focuses on creating participatory and collaborative formats, strengthening connections within networks, and building sustainable structures for long-term exchange and involvement among network members.

Lisa holds a master’s degree in Cultural, European and Social Studies from the European University Viadrina, Saint Petersburg State University, and Humboldt University Berlin. Her academic focus included right-wing extremism, Eastern Germany, and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining iac Berlin, she managed a variety of international projects at the intersection of journalism, political education, and non-formal learning.
