Lucie Menz

Director

Lucie is responsible for developing the strategic direction of the Communities & Networks department, including the further development of the Bosch Alumni Network as an example of an impact-oriented network.

In the Bosch Alumni Network, her work focuses on enabling meaningful exchange and strengthening communities while ensuring the long-term development of the network and its structures. She brings these learnings into her work with organizations and partners through exchange with communities of practice. She believes that strong communities and cross-sector networks can play an important role in transforming philanthropy by making it more collaborative, participatory, and closer to the realities of the communities it seeks to serve.

Before joining the iac Berlin in 2018, Lucie was Head of Press and Communication at the Falling Walls Foundation and led various projects for large cultural, scientific, and political institutions. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (HEI) and a LLM in International Humanitarian Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
