Marilou Pelmont-Beguin

Learning Facilitator

Marilou Pelmont-Beguin joined iac Berlin in 2025 as Learning Facilitator. In this role, she supports the embedding of reflective practices across teams, partners, and networks, and designs spaces where complexity can be transformed into collective learning and action. Her work focuses on co-creating participatory, impact-oriented collaborations and strengthening the conditions for emergent ways of working and learning together.

For the past ten years, she has worked as an anthropologist, learning designer, and facilitator, guiding people and organizations to shift from linear planning towards learning cycles. Her practice bridges systemic thinking, decolonial perspectives, and somatic approaches, with a commitment to inclusive formats that connect people across cultures and bandwidth realities.

Marilou holds a Masters in Social Anthropology of International Development, a Bsc in Sociology and Sociological Research Methods, and a certification in somatic coaching.

Outside of work, she can often be found chasing waves on her surfboard, meditating under trees, or happily losing track of time in theater and the arts.
