Naomi Martin

Facilitator

Naomi joined the iac Berlin in 2023 as part of the Networks in Philanthropy team. To support the implementation of more networked approaches in social change work, she prototypes products and formats towards a stronger focus on learning in collaborations for and with philanthropic organizations and their partners.

How to care for the conditions that invite people to think and act more purposefully is a question that has accompanied Naomi throughout her career. From supporting cross-sector partnerships in participatory urban development initiatives to facilitating peer learning spaces for civil society actors, over the last ten years she has worked as a facilitator and coordinator in various contexts across Europe and South America.

Naomi holds a Masters degree in Cultural Diplomacy and Business, a Bachelors in Hispanic Studies and Drama and is trained in transformative coaching.

Bringing together a love of learning, complexity & coffee, you can often find Naomi in the pottery studio, happily embracing the messy process of making (yet) another mug for her collection.
