Nekane Sagredo-Aranda

Project Assistant

Nekane is a working student in the Networks in Philanthropy team. She joined iac Berlin in March 2025 and contributes to the projects ‘Culture in the Civic Space in the MENA Region’ and 'Foundations for Ukraine'.

Driven by a passion to create positive change in society, she has volunteered in different causes and worked with international organizations in the field of communications, partnership development, and events. Currently, she is working on her MA in Sociology on the topic of “European Societies” at Freie Universität Berlin.

Next to her work and studies, Nekane enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and connecting with new, inspiring people. She has a deep appreciation for music, arts, and Berlin’s cultural scene and feels incomplete without her bike, which has become an essential part of her life.
