Yana Oeser

Administration

Yana joined iac Berlin in November 2023 as part of the administration team. Since November 2024, Yana mainly contributes to the development and implementation of organizational as well as people development strategies, processes, and tools.

Before joining iac Berlin, Yana completed a Bachelor's degree in HR Management & Organizational Psychology and several internships in the field of organizational development and change management. To complement this background with a focus on social issues, she enrolled in a Master's program centering around Leadership & Organizational Change for Societal Challenges with a focus on Gender Studies and Intersectionality. In addition to her work at iac Berlin, she is currently researching the influence of structural and organizational factors on the mental well-being of young professionals.

In her free time, Yana enjoys spending time with her friends, cooking and trying out vegan baking recipes, and riding her bike as much as possible. She also loves to travel to different parts of the world and has lived and studied in four different countries.
