Navigating increasingly complex environments requires a considerable shift in the way we understand how change happens and how to make sense of the environment in which we operate.

Taking an ecosystem perspective helps us act in complex living systems with more strategic clarity on our role, approach, and key interventions. We elaborated on this in our article on Ecosystem Catalyzation. While that article is addressing the theoretical framework and approach, the Ecosystem Cards provide you with a palpable and hands-on opportunity to navigate this setting.

The cards guide you through an iterative, non- linear process involving three interconnected phases:

1. Systemic Diagnosis
2. Future Work
3. Strategic Experiments
   

The Ecosystem Cards are a thoughtfully designed resource for deepening your understanding of the ecosystems you work within. Whether for personal reflection or as a tool to guide group conversations, the cards offer a flexible framework to approach ecosystem challenges from fresh perspectives.
